Our qualifications and accreditations are subjects we encourage our private clients to ask us questions about. We like to share our knowledge and it is part of the transparency ethos of our practice. At the outset we provide you with a fee list for all our treatments, we give you an itemised bill for the work undertaken and we don't charge you a registration fee to guarantee you'll be one of our clients. This is not standard industry practice and we think it's greedy.
The guarantees you have from us are the best quality treatment, the most pain-free and relevant procedures. There are no hidden or vague unjustifiable charges and of course there are simple and straightforward systems in place should you not be 100% satisfied with the outcome.
Our consultation with you is an on-going dialogue and not just a conversation at the beginning of your treatment plan. We will advise you if there are alternatives that are more suitable and more economical.
In terms of economy we offer payment plans so you can spread the cost and pay by instalments. We have a partnership with Dental Finance who can advise you about the range of dental loan options to assist with your payments.
